Coffee makers have known about the benefits of coffee and coffee lovers have been using coffee and its related products to treat headaches, migraines and other health issues for centuries.

It’s not uncommon for a cup of coffee to contain as much caffeine as a small cup of tea or a small glass of wine.

Caffeinated coffee is good for you.
